Launching Event of FOYEZ ULLAH DHAKA’S EXPRESSIVE TROPICAL ARCHITECTURE
Mohammad Foyez Ullah's journey through the urban fabric of Dhaka is an untold story complied into a humble publication launched worldwide by Oscar Riera Ojeda Publishers in the early 2022 and now the book is launched in Bangladesh. The launching ceremony took place on July 8, at Sheraton Dhaka, Grand Ballroom. Through a series of architectural benchmarks, as well as texts from the architectural critics Vladimir Belogolovsky and Shamsul Wares, this volume posits a framework for responsive and contextual architecture for Dhaka in the 21st century. Prof. Syed Manzoorul Islam, Prof. Mohammad Ali Naqi, and Prof. Adnan Zillur Morshed shared their insights into this book works. The talk was concluded by Prof. Shamsul Wares.
