365d365 D is a residential building in a much prominent block of Bashundhara R/A that stands out by playing with the volume.
HARMONY IN LAYERS
365 D emerges out of a west facing plot within a bustling neighbourhood. Getting a protection from the tropical western sun allowed the residential building to explore playfulness with layers of spaces created by the volumes. Vertical green and spacious balconies are created by these.
365 D is located in D-Block of Bashundhara R/A which is in close vicinity to Jamuna Future Park, Bashundhara Gate, North South University, and Independent University Bangladesh. It is also close to the Nayeem JP Maath and Bashundhara Boro Masjid.

Despite lying on a tight plot, the project pays special attention to consolidating green in this densified neighbourhood.
The building interacts with the pedestrians at the street level with the modesty of the materials and the design.
The need to protect the indoor environment from tropical sun rays gave birth to a solution that not only serves the purpose but also gives an elegant appearance that is enjoyed by the inhabitants within and for the neighbourhood likewise.
