Large dark twisted metallic sculpture by Tejosh Howlader dominates the plaza and contrasts itself from the sculptural tower. At the ground level, an L-shaped plaza emerges with the strategic orientation of the building which also provides an underground garage access along the southern edge of the site, the rest of the area is given to a multi-level waterscape, which is cut across by a straight canopied drop-off and walkway bridge that leads to a fully glazed entrance hall over a series of water falls and open stairs connecting with a lush sunken garden.

The occupants and the visitors alike are transitioned to a warm and spacious reception lobby with imported tiles and marbles where the penetration of the natural light through the fully glazed doors and windows makes the space much more welcoming. Complementing the exterior sculptures, the lobby is also adorned with a mesh-sculpture on one of its vertical planes. The boldness of vertical planes can also be seen on the wooden staircase inside, maintaining a coherence with the stairway at the semi-public plaza.
