Attalika is a 20- storied LEED Gold certified commercial building in one of the busiest roads of Dhaka in the Gulshan Avenue with a circular podium that interacts with the human scale.

The podium of commercial tower aims to interact with the pedestrians and passers-by and users on a human scale and at the street level making sure that it does not limit itself only to the skyline of Dhaka. Another interesting interaction that takes places is with the water body at the lower level and the 1st basement parking, where this body seeps in beyond the ground level and lit up this parking area ensuring that a healthy indoor environment is maintained here.
