Gitanjali

Gitanjali lies on a trapezoidal site in Banani residential area coupled with roads at two sides, giving it apertures and courtyards for all the residents at both fronts, one of them facing the Banani Lake.

CELEBRATION OF DUAL COURTS

Gitanjali exhibits the spirit of equality in terms of sharing the privilege of double apertures and courtyards.

It is another project by SIMPLETREE that is located in a serene part of Banani which ensures a great connectivity along with close proximity to Gulshan Society Jame Mosque, Gulshan Lake Park, York Hospital, Banani Kacha Bazar, to name a few.

The site opens up with entrances and the courtyards at both the western and eastern sides. At the western front, the vehicular and pedestrian entry will let one find oneself led to a lofty double-height reception area and lounge next to a landscaped courtyard. At the eastern front, through the pedestrian and service entry, one can be transitioned to another courtyard with a segment for children play area.
