kafilmanorKafil Manor is a 15 storied climate and context responsive residential building designed with the intention of enriching our city and the neighbourhood.

ARCHITECTURE OF BOLDNESS

Placed on a corner-plot, Kafil Manor is circled around the south-west part of the land which ensures that all the residential units in this building receive ample amount of natural light and be a part of passive cooling process with the help of its orientation and an interplay of alternating planes.

Located in the heart of Gulshan, with great accessibility to Kemal Ataturk Avenue, Gulshan Central Masjid, Banani Bridge, Gulshan DCC Super Market and many other amenities within its catchment area, in a rather calm neighbourhood.

The outdoor landscape spills down to the basement-1 which is accessible through a series of terraced green steps and is adjacent to the drivers’ waiting room, ensuring the improved indoor environmental quality not only for the apartment units but for the common spaces too.

The tower overlooks the outdoor green landscape in the ground level that is responsible for maintaining a shared relationship between the indoor and the outdoor.
