mustafizplaceMustafiz Place is a 22 storied commercial building on a linear and narrow trapezoidal site in the active hub of Gulshan Avenue. It is a monolithic volume with glass-grid that overlooks the skyline of Dhaka while being a part of it.

The grid of glass at the front makes room for generous verandas as breakout zones and terminates at one of the upper levels where a terrace emerges that acts like a viewing deck.

The entire south and the north facades are enclosed with a combination of smooth surfaced concrete and double glazed glass ensuring maximized natural light with reduced heat and noise from the bustling Gulshan Avenue. The building terminates with a large vertical concrete fin in the western side that ensures a permeability with a solid-void composition with primary colours.
