Facing the western side of Gulshan Avenue and being the only exposed façade, a playfulness of glazed vertical fins takeover this front to protect the occupants inside from the sun while ensuring a transparency and interaction with Gulshan Avenue.

The grid of glass at the front makes room for generous verandas as breakout zones and terminates at one of the upper levels where a terrace emerges that acts like a viewing deck.

The entire south and the north facades are enclosed with a combination of smooth surfaced concrete and double glazed glass ensuring maximized natural light with reduced heat and noise from the bustling Gulshan Avenue. The building terminates with a large vertical concrete fin in the western side that ensures a permeability with a solid-void composition with primary colours.
