It emerges from a rectangular east facing plot, having remaining three sides enclosed. All the eight single residential units consist of personal spaces like three bedrooms with adjoined bathrooms and generous balconies at the east; kitchen and adjacent live-in-quarters for the domestic staffs in the north, centralised dining and family living; and formal living, foyer and service areas at the back of the floor layout to ensure efficiency for the inhabitants.

Its uniqueness in design originates from the requirement of an environmental buffer in a very tight plot. Instead of being restricted by the regulatory norms, Nazma embraces all these challenges and takes complete advantage of them.
