nazmaNazma is a 9-storied residential abode in Banani nearby Zeenat (another project by SIMPLETREE). The tower is located in a cozy neighborhood of Banani road no. 13, overlooking the Banani Lake and is adjacent to the lively spine of Banani-11, enhancing the accessibility for the residents by being closer to cafes and restaurants, retails and other services.

It emerges from a rectangular east facing plot, having remaining three sides enclosed. All the eight single residential units consist of personal spaces like three bedrooms with adjoined bathrooms and generous balconies at the east; kitchen and adjacent live-in-quarters for the domestic staffs in the north, centralised dining and family living; and formal living, foyer and service areas at the back of the floor layout to ensure efficiency for the inhabitants.
