Silver Spring is located on a south-west corner plot in the bustling neighborhood of Dhanmondi. This 14 storied dual-unit residential building offers the view of the nearby Dhanmondi Lake within its catchment area while addressing the tropical-climatic demands through its design decisions.
INSPIRED BY THE LAKE
Silver Spring is the first residential building project of the brand in Dhanmondi. Standing tall in one of the busiest hubs of Dhaka, Silver Spring’s form ascends up gracefully embracing the beauty of the famous Dhanmondi Lake close to it.

An interplay of extended slabs with varying depths can be seen at all the levels can be seen throughout the building to provide shed from the tropical rain and sun. Further playfulness of the angular clad-walls, acting as a louver, is taking over the facades of the tower, providing a certain degree of privacy to the occupants inside the full height double-glazed enclosures.
The building terminates with a luxurious, state of the art swimming pool surrounded by a deck-area, sitting areas, party and barbeque zones, where the residents can enjoy their leisure times out in the open.
