sunnySunny is a 10 storied residential enclave in a corner plot of the humble neighbourhood of Gulshan Model town. Lying on a corner-plot, its design is inspired from the need to embrace its south-east corner to let the tropical breeze from this direction fully penetrate all the spaces within while enjoying a large chunk of green.

The semi-permeable boundary walls formed with the glass and concrete through which the vegetation from the indoor landscape is interacting with the sidewalk of the neighborhood. This continues upward because of the interaction between the layers of exterior spaces with all the interior spaces of the residential units with the presence of double-glazed doors and windows throughout the building.

The entire building is enclosed with combination of smooth surfaced concrete and exposed brick cladding from which wide and alternate verandas at every floor at the south-east are ensuring maximized natural light, tropical breeze while sculpting the elegance of this abode. These shift in verandas allow the occupants to enjoy double open spaces. Furthermore, the juxtaposition of the vertical concrete planes create interesting playfulness of shadow while protecting the occupants with shade.
