zeenatZeenat is a 9 storied residential building located on a humble neighborhood of Banani Road No. 13A with easy accessibility to the vibrant spine of Banani Road No. 11. Being a north facing plot surrounded by multistoried residential buildings on remaining three sides, this project enjoys the company of a number of parks and playground within its catchment area.

EFFICIENTLY ELEGANT

Standing proudly on a small rectangular land, it was the aim of the design team to create a connection with the nearby green open spaces while maximizing the efficiency of the floor layout.

Zeenat is in close vicinity to number of parks open green spaces such as Banani SWAT FC Field, Russell Park and approximately 10 minutes of walking distance away from Baishakhi Park.
